Metopolophium dirhodum
Adult rose-grain aphids are green to yellow-green in colour, with an obvious darker green stripe down the middle of their back. They grow up to 3 mm long and possess long antennae and long cornicles. The tips of the antennae are dark in colour. They attack cereals and grasses, and transmit barely yellow dwarf virus.
