Etiella behrii
Adult moths are 10-15 mm long, greyish-brown in colour and have a snout-like beak. They have a tan coloured band that runs across the forewings and a white strip that runs the full length along the outer edge of the forewings. Young larvae are pale green or sometimes cream, with distinctive pink stripes along their body. As larvae mature they become pinker in colour and the stripes redden. They grow up to 12 mm long and have a light brown head capsule. They predominantly attack lentils and lucerne, but are also found in lupins, field peas, peanuts, soybeans, vetch, medics and clovers.
